Human Resourse Department
A hotel building may look very beautiful, but, the life is given to the building only by human resources. Human Resources are the biggest asset of any hotel.


Activities of Human Resources department : 

Sales and Marketing department

Sales & Marketing department
The primary responsibility of Sales and Marketing department is selling of the hotel facilities and services to individuals and groups

Food & Beverage department

Food & Beverage department
The primary function of the food and beverage department is to
provide food and drink to a hotel’s guests. A large hotel might
have a coffee shop, a restaurant, a poolside snack bar, room
service, banquet halls, it might also have a lounge, a nightclub,
and a lobby bar. On a busy day (or night), these places may be
booked at the same time. 

 (A) Food production ( Kitchens )

Housekeeping department

Housskeeping department

Housekeeping department considered the backbone of a hotel,
this department is normally responsible for general cleanliness
of the building.  In a hotel they tidy the rooms and change the
sheets as well as cleaning everything and using laundry facilities
for both the hotel and guests.

Front office department

 Front Office department:
            This department includes the following divisions:
  1. Reservation
  2. Reception
  3. Front office cashier
  4. Information
  5. Telephone operators
  6. Uniformed services 

Activities of front office :
  1. At the pre-arrival stage, the hotel must create for every guest a reservation record.
