  5. Training 

Activities of Human Resources department : 




  1.  Managing the personnel functions of the hotel.
  2. Specifying the appropriate department for each job.
  3. Determining the suitable number of jobs in each department.
  4. Getting the right kind of people for each job.
  5. Delegating the authority within every department, and among departments.
  6. Making the necessary training to the staff of the hotel.
  7. Making promotion programs to all activities of the hotel.
  8. Making an effective working relationship with other departments.
